Century 21 Twin Rivers Realty is a full service real estate company. Doing business since 1980, Twin Rivers has two convenient, centrally located offices in Tilton and Laconia. Unlike some of the larger real estate companies that service the same geographic area as Twin Rivers, we feel our strength comes from the combined efforts of our two offices working as "one team" plus we have the advantage of having two hometown offices, an added convenience to both our buyers and sellers.

Our staff includes twenty-one sales associates, two full time office coordinators, two agent assistants and two sales managers. Together our sales team has over 200 years of combined real estate experience and eight of our sales associates are multi-million dollar producers.

Training/Education

Formal training is offered to all new and existing sales associates. Douglas Embree teaches a fifteen session course to new agents that includes a comprehensive video series developed by Floyd Wickman. All of our agents have completed the CENTURY 21 Pros class and many of our agents have earned their G.R.I. designation. In addition, education allowances are available to our sales staff who meet minimum production standards.

Print advertising in the Boston Herald, Boston Globe, Concord Monitor, Lowell Sun, Lakes Region Home Guide, Suburban Real Estate News, Laconia Evening Citizen, Tilton/Franklin Telegram, Providence Journal, Penny Saver, Hartford Courant and the Lowell Sun. (We try to personalize advertising for each of our listings, placing each where we feel the property and market match).

Flyers - We create colorful, attractive flyers on many of our listings that are distributed to buyers and local agents. The flyers include color photos and information on the listing.

Vista Boards are wallboards with exterior and interior color photos of the listed property. They are done on each listing and are displayed in our office. We also create several eye-catching collages of our listings and display them at local, high-traffic businesses.

Toll free telephone numbers for customer convenience.

Individual agent recognition - our advertising usually has the listing agent's name.

Internet - All listings are on the Internet via the Northern New England Real Estate Network(NNEREN). Reward Program - for each in-house listing sold 1% of the commission is donated to local schools to be used for extra curricular activities, scholarships, libraries, etc. Over $20,000 donated and growing.

Company Brochure - Over 100,000 brochures are distributed throughout the Lakes Region by courier to over 150 businesses throughout the Lakes Region.
